Women’s Self Defense

These courses are designed specifically for women who may not have the time to commit to full martial arts training, but still wish to have reliable self defense skills.

Special Training Programs

These are typically taught in the form of one or two day workshops and seminars on a particular theme, scenario, or skill set. Many of these seminars are taught by guest instructors from the United States and Japan!
